King of the Hammers 2024 - Internet

AECWifi is excited to offer internet access to vendors, teams, and families for the 15th annual King of the Hammers event. A limited number of internet packages are available for purchase on a first come first serve basis.

The number of packages we can provide is limited based on the available bandwidth for this event, so be sure to order your package early to claim your spot.

Installation Requirements

Having access to the rooftop of an RV or trailer is required for private hotspot access. Additionally, AC electricity is required. The private hotspots can be installed anywhere in Hammertown and most places on the lakebed.

How it works

A private hotspot gives your group its own connection to the internet. A WiFi access point, that is password protected, is installed inside your booth, trailer, or RV for your groups use only. An outdoor antenna we provide will need to be fastened to a ladder or the corner of your easy up tent and pointed towards the tower in hammer town closest to start/finish. An ethernet cable connects the antenna to the WiFi access point inside your trailer, RV or booth.

Pricing

$649.00 for internet access for the duration of the event. Speed is approximately 20Mbps down and 10Mbps up, but may vary depending on community use and is not guaranteed. This package includes use of our wireless router and outdoor antenna. All equipment furnished for access must be returned in good working condition at the end of the event.
